Nata a Roma, vissuta in Egitto, Libia, Dubai e Tokyo.
Nel 1956, In Egitto consegue, il Diploma Francese presso le suore del Saint Vincent de Paul di Ismailia.
Nel 1959, segue la famiglia a Sebha, Capitale del Deserto Libico, Il Fezzan, dove perfeziona la Lingua Araba e Inglese.
Nel 1961 al 1969, a Tripoli diventa Direttore del Fezzan Shop, e esponsabile, per lo sviluppo dei laboratori delle scuole di Arte e Mestieri di Tripoli e Benghazi, dipendente del Ministero Industria, organizzava i Padiglioni Nazionali, nella Fiera di Tripoli, di Milano e Bari. Da sempre impegnata nella ricerca e lo studio per la l’ottimizzazione del prodotto, con la scelta delle materie prime. Dal 1969. Rientra in Italia come profuga e inizia subito presso la Società Immobiliare Gabetti di Roma, come venditore e acquisitore, fino al 1974.
Dal 1974 al 1977 presso la Camera di Commercio OPEC. Con la direzione, del Trade Center all’Hilton di Roma, come consulente di marketing Internazionale, parecchie imprese Italiane furono agevolate e seguite per l’export nei Paesi Arabi tra queste l’Arredatore Antiquario Giovanni Zanon che aveva all’epoca due Show Room, in Via dell’Anima a Roma.
Dal 1975 diventa produttore discografico con l’etichetta “ IO record International Organization, con la RCA, per il Cantautore, Mario Bonura, e con le EDIZONI BIXIO di Roma , cura le edizioni all’estero degli Artisti autori delle colonne sonore, più famose di Ennio Morricone , Keith Emerson, Pippo Franchi , i Goblin e tanti altri.
Dal 1977 al 1981 a Dubai con l’Impresa del padre, Ingegner Guadagnino, impegnato alla costruzione della prima fabbrica del cemento, a Dubai. l’italia, all’epoca non aveva nemmeno, un consolato. E per amor di patria organizza con la figlia, la prima fiera Italiana a Dubai. Con la Soc. I.O.M.E.R.I.
Nel 1982: nasce la Società, con il Maestro Giovanni Zanon, impegnato alla realizzazione nei suoi laboratori, dei mobili placcati su legno, con il Travertino Romano e marmi pregiati. Il prodotto era stupendo e leggero, pertanto per esportarlo, serviva un Brevetto, Il ‘MarmoLegno’. Presentando, le specfiiche tecniche dei pesi e misure, l’Ingegner Guadagnino, ottenne il brevetto per Giovanni Zanon, come inventore del nuovo prodotto.
Nel 1996 riceve il prestigioso riconoscimento con Laurea ad Honoris Causa, Doctor in Business Administration.
Continua il suo impegno negli anni come Direttore artistico e General Manager del laboratorio, organizzando con il marito Giovanni Zanon, la posa in opera per settori migliorando il risultato dei costi dell’ora lavorativa e la leggerezza del prodotto. Impegnandosi alla formazione di giovani artigiani con le tecniche diffuse, di falegnameria, tappezzeria, arti applicate, restauro, taglio del marmo, abbinato allo studio dei Marmi Antichi e la loro provenienza storica, continuando a creare, complementi di arredo, opere esclusive, adatte alla richiesta di mercato sia nazionale che estero.
Nel 1998 nasce l’Associazione Frattina che cura e promuove eventi con le Accademie e le scuole elementari, dedicando la manualità all’integrazione sociale, grazie al sostegno della regione Lazio, del Sindaco di Roma Francesco Rutelli. E con i comuni e le scuole di: Palombara Sabina, Tivoli, Guidonia, Fonte Nuova, Mentana, Setteville.
Nel 2004, la Firma Zanon, viene, inserita dal Comune di Roma nel progetto Borghetto dell’Artigianato del Sindaco Walter Veltroni con l’assegnazione di una Bottega in Via di Tor di Nona, con affitto dicevano, solo simbolico, un riconoscimento inaspettato e molto gradito che purtroppo non è mai decollato, malgrado i sforzi e vari investimenti, che la Signora Zanon ha perseguito personalmente, come Segretario e come Presidente per diversi anni, dell’associazione Arti e Mestieri di Tor di Nona.
Con la Rivista News Art International Magazine, notiziario dell’associazione, nata nel 2004, continua a promuovere gli eventi e gli artisti associati in Arredare con …l’Arte, del Marmo Leggero, in mostra, nella Galleria dedicata al Maestro Zanon, dove si studiano i Marmi Antichi e la tecnica, dedita alla creazione di complementi di arredo esclusivi in MarmoLegno, unendo un percorso storico e culturale, al design contemporaneo, Hand Made in Roma.
Nel 2020 si inserisce nel web, con un nuovo sito storico, www.newzanondesign.com e con l’avvento della pandemia, non potendo più riunire gli artisti in Galleria, studia un nuovo progetto, digitale, dedicato all’Arte e all’Artigianato ” con un nuovo sito, svelto e aggiornato, www.artboxfrattina.com
